The Opportunity
We’re hiring a finance-oriented Product Owner / Product Manager to take ownership of key areas of the product roadmap, with a focus on financial data, integrations, and performance metrics.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with engineering, internal stakeholders, and external partners to evolve the platform and improve how financial data is integrated, structured, and used across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap across finance-related features and integrations
- Lead integrations with third-party financial systems and data providers to ensure accurate and reliable data flow
- Define, track, and optimize core KPIs and performance metrics aligned to business outcomes
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product solutions
- Act as the bridge between finance, product, and development teams
- Translate financial and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Contribute to broader platform improvements, including enhancements to systems and processes where relevant
- Support the development of AI-driven features (early-stage) with a practical, commercial mindset
- Continuously improve the product using data insights, user feedback, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a data, fintech, or analytics-led environment
- Strong finance background (e.g. former finance professional, product analyst, or similar)
- Experience working with financial systems, data integrations, or APIs
- Exposure to transformation or platform improvement initiatives (not required to lead end-to-end)
- Experience helping build or scale products, teams, or processes
- Hands-on experience working closely with software development teams
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and KPI frameworks
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
- Comfortable working across a range of tools and technologies
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled products in a practical business context
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
