Our client is seeking a Product Manager to support the evolution of its fuel technology ecosystem, including point-of-sale and forecourt solutions. This individual will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance the customer fueling experience, improve operational efficiency, and support integrations with strategic partners across fuel, payments, loyalty, and mobile platforms.


The ideal candidate will be a collaborative product leader who can gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage product roadmaps, and partner closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and implementation efforts for integrations with external partners across fuel, payments, loyalty, and mobile platforms.
  • Support business growth initiatives by developing capabilities that increase customer engagement and drive in-store traffic.
  • Analyze the business impact of proposed features and enhancements to maximize ROI and align with organizational objectives.
  • Own and execute portions of the product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve broader business goals.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing stakeholder requests with long-term product strategy.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, partnering closely with software engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of product management, product owner, or related experience.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product initiatives.
  • Strong roadmapping and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and serving as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Retail fuel, convenience retail, point-of-sale (POS), or related industry experience preferred.
