2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Experience with the Credit Card Lifecycle and Business Processes related to the same
Experience of Credit Card Interest, Fees, and US Credit Card Regulations
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution at a detailed level
Clearly and succinctly organize concepts into an actionable path that delivers progress
Strong communication skills, both oral and written (able to effectively communicate/influence thru various levels in the organization)
Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and making decisions with ambiguous information
Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques
Hands on Experience of Functional Design Documentation including Business Use Cases, FSD’s,BRD’s or Business Requirements formulation
Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders
