🚀 Product Architect x Pricing and Promotions

They are seeking a product architect within pricing and promotions. You’ll shape pricing strategies into scalable tech deliverables. You will define the roadmap, translate business goals into concrete user stories, and partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and optimize solutions that unlock measurable value. You will contribute to Value Optimization initiatives and report to the Product Director for Pricing & Promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture for pricing and promotions initiatives, balancing current production support with the Next Generation program, and owning integrations, configuration in SAP S4, and rigorous end-to-end testing.
- Shape the product roadmap by translating business goals into user stories and aligning with cross-functional teams from design through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Pricing & Promotions solutions, enabling business and technical teams to solve problems quickly and confidently.
- Champion Agile delivery and SDLC best practices to ensure consistent, transparent execution- collaborating closely with scrum masters, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or external Pricing & Promotions solutions, including integrations and development experience across modules/systems.
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP S4 pricing, solution design and architectural leadership, and a solid grasp of promotions processing (TPM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Pricing & Promotions processes (e.g., waterfall pricing, promotional pricing, and legal/regulatory considerations). Beverage industry experience is a plus.
- Nice-to-have familiarity with third-party pricing tools (e.g., Flintfox/Enable) and concepts like DSD/CPM/TPM, plus prior CPG industry exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams (2–5 team members).
