Capture Films is a video production company based in Provo, Utah. We produce creative, high-caliber content for some of the world's most recognizable brands. Our work spans TV commercials, brand films, ads, short and feature films, documentaries, social content, aerospace and defense, government agencies, and nonprofit work.

The role

We're looking for a Producer who can operate on both sides of the job - the creative and the logistical. Someone who can sit in a concept meeting and contribute real ideas, then turn around and build the budget, lock the schedule, and make sure the shoot actually happens the way it was planned.

This role lives at the intersection of vision and execution. You'll work directly with clients and crew from pre-production through delivery. The best candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays calm when things shift, and never lets the details fall through the cracks.

What you'll do

• Own projects from initial brief through final delivery — creative development, production, and post
• Manage budgets, schedules, and production timelines
• Coordinate crew, talent, locations, gear, and vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — managing expectations, communication, and approvals
• Collaborate with directors and creative leads during concept and pre-production
• Anticipate problems on set and in post before they become problems
• Keep projects on time and on budget without sacrificing quality
• Support the team across multiple simultaneous productions

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience producing video content — commercials, brand films, or narrative work
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules from development through delivery
• Strong client communication skills — you can run a call, take notes, and follow through
• Creative sensibility — you understand what makes a concept work and can contribute to it
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail under pressure
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and pivoting quickly when needed
• Familiarity with production, scheduling tools, and standard industry workflows
• Positive attitude, easy to work with
