Main responsibilities:
- Oversee produce department operations across the assigned district, focusing on labor efficiency, shrink reduction, merchandising execution, and operational consistency.
- Train and coach store-level teams to effectively implement merchandising, sales, and operational plans.
- Support retail teams in proper production, handling, packaging, and rotation practices to maintain high product quality and freshness.
- Ensure consistent execution of stocking, display standards, backroom organization, and sales floor presentation.
- Implement and monitor in-store coding and inventory practices to support accurate ordering and customer satisfaction.
- Champion the use of automated replenishment and inventory tools to drive accurate forecasts and ordering.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve cleanliness, safety, training, labor planning, and gross profit performance.
- Plan and support display resets and transitions in collaboration with merchandising partners to minimize sales disruption.
- Lead by example in reinforcing company values, identifying talent, and supporting associate development and readiness for promotion.
