About the Role
We’re seeking a Procurement Intern for Summer 2026 to support our Procurement team through hands-on projects involving supplier management, data analysis, and day-to-day procurement operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to supply chain processes, strategic sourcing, and operational decision-making while contributing to real business initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and send Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to suppliers
- Track and record supplier quote data and performance metrics
- Support lead-time analysis and maintain MRP updates
- Analyze large data sets to identify savings opportunities and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct ABC part analysis to support inventory and procurement strategies
- Maintain supplier and purchase item data within MRP systems
- Review, analyze, and interpret procurement reports
- Assist buyers, commodity managers, and procurement leadership with daily operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams

What You Bring
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
