Process Technician

Job Title: Process Technician (Injection Molding)

Location: Snow Hill, NC | Full-Time

We’re hiring a hands-on Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in mold setup, process troubleshooting, and improving production efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Set up molds and start injection molding machines
• Perform mold and material changes
• Troubleshoot processing issues to maintain part quality
• Monitor scrap, downtime, and production performance
• Adjust process parameters to improve efficiency and reduce defects
• Document and maintain molding process standards
• Support new tool trials and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with training operators when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of molding parameters and defect resolution
• Familiarity with resins and material handling/drying
• Ability to work independently and solve production issues
• Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift + overtime as needed

Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing facility
• Requires standing, lifting, and hands-on machine work
• Exposure to typical shop conditions (noise, equipment, materials)
