1-Year Contract
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Associate Scientist to support downstream purification process development for biologics during pivotal and commercial development stages.
This is a hands-on laboratory-based role focused on bench-scale purification development, process characterization, and experimental execution in a fast-paced GMP-aligned environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in chromatography, filtration, and UF/DF operations, along with the ability to independently execute, troubleshoot, and optimize purification processes.
Core Responsibilities (Simplified)
Purification Development
- Execute bench-scale downstream purification (chromatography, filtration, UF/DF)
- Support process characterization, robustness, resin/membrane lifetime studies
- Generate and interpret experimental data under data integrity standards
Lab & Technical Execution
- Troubleshoot AKTA-based purification systems and workflows
