Private Funds Associate

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years of experience) for its San Francisco office.

The practice advises leading multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors on complex cross-border corporate transactions, with a strong focus on high-end public and private M&A and strategic advisory work.

Representative work includes:

• Public and private mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions
• Strategic investments and joint ventures
• Private equity sponsor-side and portfolio company transactions
• Complex corporate structuring, governance, and general corporate advisory matters
• Public company transactional and advisory work

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Class Year 2019–2021 (4–6 years of experience)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong M&A and/or general corporate transactional experience
• Experience at a leading international or U.S. law firm
• Cross-border experience preferred
• Currently practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm
