Summary /Objective
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and evolving team, supporting the execution of swim prints and performance apparel graphics. This position supports the Senior Textile Artist and Senior Graphic Artist in executing performance apparel graphics and prints. The brand aesthetic is tough, technical, and athletic, and this role is key in bringing that vision to life through production-ready artwork.
This is a highly technical, detail-oriented role focused on color separation, file preparation, and production execution for both graphic tees and textile prints. The ideal candidate is proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of print production processes and the ability to translate creative direction into accurate, factory-ready files.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the Senior Textile Artist and Senior Graphic Artist in executing prints and graphics from concept through pre-production.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and swim prints and graphic tees, including file setup, organization, and accuracy checks.
- Assist in print creation and development, including adjusting artwork on the given direction within deadlines.
- Cleaning, resizing, scaling, and indexing prints for wet, screen, or digital prints.
- Must be able to manipulate original artwork into repeats and adjust according to design instructions and fabric mill limitations.
- Prepare and package files for production, ensuring proper formatting, color standards, and technical specifications are met.
- Work closely with design leads to execute engineered prints and graphic placements.
- Ensure color consistency and accuracy across all production-ready print and graphic assets.
- Organizing and maintaining artwork files according to department procedures.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of color separation and print production processes.
- Ability to follow creative direction and execute with precision.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in file setup and production accuracy.
- Understanding of textile repeats, scaling, and garment placement.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Portfolio demonstrating production-ready work, including prints repeats, and/or graphic tee files.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in apparel textile design or graphic production.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or related field.
