Principal Security Engineer
We are seeking a Principal Security Engineer who will be solely responsible for leading and driving enterprise security initiatives across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience securing AWS cloud environments, including identity, access, and infrastructure security
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and application security
- Experience working with RDS, PostgreSQL and database security best practices
- Deep understanding of network security, encryption, and secure architecture design
- Must have strong experience in healthcare environments
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to implement and manage security controls aligned with compliance and regulatory standards
- Experience working within governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Ability to partner across teams to ensure systems, data, and applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance modern cloud security practices with strict healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
