Beverage Distribution Consultants (BDC) isn't your typical boutique advisory firm. We operate at the intersection of high-stakes logistics, complex compliance, technology deployment, solution development, and enterprise data. We are looking for a Lead Builder who has the consulting instincts to spot a business opportunity and the engineering "chops" to build the solution end-to-end.
This role is 50% Client Solutions: Architecting AI for the nation's distributors, and 50% Internal Innovation: Building the "BDC AI OS" to make our own consulting practice the most agile in the industry.
Your Two Primary Objectives
1. Architect Client Success (The Consultant)
You will partner with C-suite executives at distribution companies to identify where AI Agents can replace manual bottlenecks. You aren't just giving advice; you are building the Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or utilizing comparable frameworks and Agentic Workflows that bridge legacy systems with modern intelligence. We’ll be solving complex distribution challenges around finances and supplier chain execution: forecasting, inventory optimization, warehouse automation orchestration, sales, routing and delivery, and advanced business intelligence.
2. Build the BDC Engine (The Builder)
We have already begun our journey into AI-driven consulting. Your role is to extend and expand our existing library of proprietary AI tools and workflows. You will take our current foundations and scale them into a robust "BDC AI OS" that automates the "consulting" out of consulting, allowing our team to deliver 10x the value to our Clients.
The Technical Stack
We are looking for a practitioner, not a theorist. You should be fluent in:
