Required Skills & Experience

• Intermediate excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot tables, conditional formatting)

• College Degree in Business, with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred or relevant pricing experience
• Able to be onsite in Fort Worth 5 days a week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• data entry (10-key and alpha-numeric) skills.
• Experience with SAP or Vistex a plus.

Job Description

Day‑to‑Day

• Start the day reviewing emails and pricing requests from customer agencies and National Account Managers

• Load and update customer and vendor pricing into the pricing system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts

• Run and review pricing reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate next steps with the National Account Manager and Supply Chain Analyst

• Support a portfolio of customer accounts—each with unique pricing rules that update annually or semi‑annually

Assist with audits, corrections, and ongoing maintenance of pricing data; SAP experience helps understand end‑to‑end pricing flow

$25/hr to $28/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
