Join Millennium Print Group as a Preventative Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Durham, NC. If you’re passionate about equipment reliability and hands-on maintenance, this is your chance to support operations that produce world-class trading cards.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Onsite, shift-based (hours may vary)
Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
• Complete routine servicing such as lubrication, calibration, and minor repairs
• Document maintenance work and track equipment performance
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Support maintenance inventory and parts tracking
• Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using tools and maintenance equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus
