About the Team
You will join the Workflow Manager (WFM) and Insurance pre‑sales ecosystem within FIS. The team specializes in supporting insurers as they modernize operations through workflow orchestration, automation, case management, and performance monitoring.
What You Will Be Doing
• Engage with insurance prospects to understand operational challenges and workflow requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of Workflow Manager, highlighting automation, routing, compliance, analytics, and integration capabilities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders across claims, underwriting, policy admin, operations, and compliance.
• Map current and future state processes to quantify operational improvements.
• Develop solution proposals, value messages, and ROI analysis.
• Support RFP/RFI responses.
• Partner with Product and Professional Services for accurate scoping.
• Maintain industry awareness and represent WFM at events.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, especially operations and process optimization.
• Deep understanding of insurance workflows such as claims intake, underwriting, policy servicing, and compliance.
• Deep understanding on the Health payers industry.
• Experience with workflow, BPM, case management, or automation tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear solution benefits.
• Experience in enterprise software sales cycles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in digitalization or operational transformation.
• Familiarity with integration between workflow systems and core insurance platforms.
• Consulting experience in insurance operations.
• Multilingual capability (English + Spanish or Portuguese).
