Pre-Litigation Attorney

We are a growing firm, looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of personal injury experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Plaintiff experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing

Responsibilities:

• Managing their own docket of personal injury cases
• Set up claims and track medical treatment
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager
• Review demands
• Negotiate with adjusters
• Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds

The annual salary for this position is between 90k-120k+. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
