Job Overview

1. Participate in the formulation of project plan and be responsible for the introduction of new products in the production line;

2. Leading the internal audit of the base: mass production line status audit, internal self-audit before PPAP on-site audit and annual audit; Customer audit: Periodic audit of each node in the development process, PPAP on-site audit except for the first production.

3. Docking the client quality interface: establishing and maintaining a good mutual trust relationship with it; Maintain good communication with customers: Regular quality meetings, report project quality status, identify customer special requirements

4. Change management in the project life cycle.

5. Coordinate customer problem management: FA analysis and improvement of customer complaints, follow up customer comments until case closes

6. Problem management in project stage and after mass production.

7. Group work management

A. Coordinate the allocation of team members and daily work arrangements;

B. The management team is responsible for the quality management of the project and supports the team members to successfully complete the work;

C. Develop and monitor team performance;

D. Counseling team members to improve their ability to better meet the job requirements and be competent for the work they are responsible for.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering/management; Major in vehicle engineering/chemical engineering/materials/machinery/electronics/automation is preferred;
  2. At least 6 years QMS quality system working experience in vehicle manufacturing (main engine factory) and parts industry (first-class supplier), power battery industry experience is preferred;
  3. 2 years or more team management experience (≥ 3 people),
  4. Master ISO9001, IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process audit clauses; Master five tools of quality and seven techniques of QC; Proficient in using 8D to analyze problems;
  5. Skillfully use office software, such as Excel, PPT and Word, to complete data processing and report output
  6. Experience in project management and quality risk identification; Understand problem solving methodology, change management and guidance skills; Can independently carry out continuous improvement projects;
  7. Proficient in data analysis, failure analysis and process analysis;
  8. Have 6 sigma green belt or above, and master the quality analysis tools such as Minitab and JMP is preferred
  9. Good English reading and writing skills, oral English is preferred;
  10. Work hard, have strong communication skills, active thinking, and have a certain overall quality awareness;


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
