Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled plumber to install, assemble, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, and venting systems. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and project plans, and performing plumbing work for new construction, tenant improvements, and renovation projects. Your duties will include installing fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, backflow prevention devices, and related equipment, as well as measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes using hand and power tools. Additionally, you will conduct pressure testing and system inspections to ensure proper function and code compliance and troubleshoot and repair existing plumbing systems as required.

Work Environment
Work involves medium-sized commercial and industrial projects, such as schools, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and multi-family units, with job values around $10-$15 million. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 40-50 hours per week. Projects are located within a 100-mile radius of Davenport, IA, allowing for long-term hotel stays without the need for state-to-state relocation.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
