Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing improvement of EHS programs to protect employees and maintain full regulatory compliance
• Oversee daily plant operations and lead all major functions to meet financial, production, and quality targets
• Set operational goals focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, equipment utilization, and new product integration
• Champion strategic initiatives that elevate safety, environmental performance, and overall operational excellence
• Manage budgets, capital spending, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure strong cost and production control
• Lead, develop, and motivate employees while fostering continuous improvement, problem‑solving, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required; MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Experience with industrial products and engineered components
• Extensive plant leadership experience overseeing large‑scale manufacturing operations (120K–650K sq. ft.) with full P&L responsibility, leading union and non‑union workforces of up to 400+ employees across automotive, industrial, and engineered products environments
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence using Lean Manufacturing, CI, and Six Sigma, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, scrap reduction, and cost control.

Salary: $115k - $160k
