What you'll be doing:

You'll oversee the full scope of electrical, controls, and instrumentation operations for a 24/7 manufacturing environment. That means leading and mentoring your team of technicians, driving maintenance and repair of motors, control panels, PLCs, DCS, sensors, HMI systems, and communication networks, troubleshooting complex control loops and automation systems, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards, supporting project planning and execution, and managing documentation, inventory, and budget input.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related process industry
• 2 to 4 years of supervisory or lead experience in an electrical or controls role (though if you're a strong technical candidate who's been leading informally, let's talk)
• Solid hands-on experience with PLC and DCS programming, troubleshooting, SCADA, and HMI systems
• Working knowledge of NEC, ISA, and NFPA 70E standards
• A natural leader who communicates well, stays organized, and knows how to bring a team together
