We’re hiring a Plant Controller to support our Memphis plant operations!
This is a high-impact role responsible for leading all daily and monthly accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across the plant. You’ll partner closely with Plant Operations and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate financials, production reporting, and inventory management—while driving strong compliance and control processes.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Proven experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment, with strong operational partnership
🔹 SAP experience preferred
🔹 Strong leadership background with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
