Job Title: Pipefitter
Job Description
The Pipefitter performs installation and layout of copper piping systems for HVAC and air conditioning applications, with a strong focus on brazing, soldering, and precise blueprint interpretation. This role leads field activities on site, ensuring high-quality workmanship on main and branch lines, VRV and VRF systems, and all associated pipe connections to branch boxes and wall-mounted units.

Work Environment
Work takes place on site at a commercial facility in Brooklyn, focusing on HVAC and piping installation within an active construction or renovation environment. Standard hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing a consistent daytime schedule. The role involves working with copper piping, brazing and soldering equipment, threading and beveling tools, and other standard pipefitting and HVAC installation tools. You work in a construction setting that may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures, and you are expected to follow all site safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
