How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Drive the efficient, day-to-day operations of the physician practice or health center, ensuring that all administrative and clinical functions align for optimal performance
  • Act as the primary, trusted liaison, fostering clear communication and collaborative working relationships between practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas within the health system
  • Strategically manage practice staffing, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place to meet the demands of provider work schedules. This includes coordinating the utilization of float pool associates and maintaining accurate associate payroll information.
  • Meticulously complete and review all essential office correspondence and financial documents, including processing invoices, statements, credit card reports, petty cash records, and mileage forms.
  • Provide flexible, hands-on support by performing necessary clerical or technical functions as needed to maintain high standards of practice efficiency.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
