How you'll make an impact in this role

Operational Excellence: You’ll oversee the daily rhythm of the health center, ensuring that every "moving part"—from front-office flow to back-office efficiency—is synchronized.

Strategic Staffing: You will be the architect of our clinical coverage, managing provider schedules and leveraging our float pool to ensure we are always ready to meet patient needs.

Collaborative Liaison: You’ll serve as the primary bridge between our physicians and staff, fostering a culture of clear communication and mutual respect across all departments.

Administrative Stewardship: From managing payroll accuracy to overseeing essential financial reporting (invoices, expenses, and petty cash), you’ll ensure the business side of the practice is as healthy as our patients.

Adaptive Support: You’ll jump in where needed, providing clerical or technical support to keep the team moving forward during peak times.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
