Primary Care Physician | El Paso, TX

Full Time | Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm | No Nights or Weekends

If you are a Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) looking for predictable hours and a patient-focused practice, this role offers a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule and a collaborative care model.

It is well-suited for a Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, or Geriatrician who wants to work closely with seniors, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, in a team-based setting. You will have the time and support to build meaningful patient relationships without routine hospital call.

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care across community and institutional settings
• Conduct initial and semiannual evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver routine, episodic, and urgent care
• Participate in holiday and as-needed on-call rotation

What You’ll Need

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Experience in geriatric medicine, family practice, or internal medicine
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Active DEA and BLS certification
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary team model preferred
