Physician Assistant – Family Medicine Clinic

Location: Langley, VA

Employer: U.S. Got People (USGP)

Pay: $64.00 per hour + Health and Welfare Stipend

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shifts between7:30am - 4:30pm


U.S. Got People (USGP) is currently seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to provide full-time care at the Family Medicine Clinic in Langley, Virginia. Join a mission-driven team delivering healthcare services to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families in a unique federal facility setting.

Qualifications:


Education:


Graduate from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)

Certifications:


Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association

Must possess or obtain within required timeframes:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of start

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 3 months of start

Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) within 6 months of start

Experience:


At least one year of experience within the past two years as a practicing Physician Assistant

Licensure:


Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any U.S. state or territory

Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):


Provide comprehensive primary and specialty medical care within scope of training and facility privileges

Perform screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and manage both acute and chronic conditions

Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients across all organ systems

Recognize emergency conditions and appropriately triage or refer complex cases

Participate in and lead staff training, in-service education, and clinical lectures

Encourage health promotion and preventive care through patient education and annual wellness visits

Prescribe medications and immunizations in accordance with established protocols

Build collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and support staff to enhance care delivery

Maintain accurate medical documentation and attend team meetings for quality improvement
