Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Compensation: $40.00 – $65.00/hour (based on experience, credentials, and schedule)

Setting: Short-Term Rehab | LTAC | Long-Term Care

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver and direct physical therapy interventions using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with clinical, state, federal, and accrediting standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing records
• Participate in resident screenings and interdisciplinary meetings
• Provide feedback on clinical and rehabilitation outcomes
• Attend in-service training and contribute to team development
• Travel to nearby facilities on a limited basis, if needed

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or long-term care preferred
• Experience with geriatric or post-acute populations preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare settings
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
