Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
  • New graduates accepted. First-time travelers accepted.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with routine double-booking of follow-up visits.
  • Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as needed.
  • OT hours must be approved by director before working overtime.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Type: 8-hour day shift.
  • Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
  • Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see approximately 12–14 patients per day.
  • Float Requirement: Yes, candidate may be required to float to other clinics.
