Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Must have prior outpatient physical therapy experience. Candidate must not be a new graduate.
  • Experience providing 60-minute initial evaluations and treatment sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Competence with documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and to participate in student clinical education when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education.
  • Preferred: experience in outpatient settings with focus on functional return-to-community activities and safe patient handling practices.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Assignment Duration: 13 Week.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment for initial visits.
