Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Iowa State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates optional; client accepts new grads.
  • Experience with evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and charge entry in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, write measurable goals, and provide individualized treatment plans.
  • Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and infection control procedures preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8.
  • Duration: 13 Week assignment.
  • Start: ASAP.
