Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort treating pediatric patients, including infants through young adults (birth to 20 years). Previous pediatric specialty experience is preferred but not required; confidence, competence, organization, and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team are required.
• Ability to manage patients with feeding tubes and tracheostomies with onsite support provided.
• Experience or willingness to co-treat with occupational therapists.
• Familiarity with PCC EMR is preferred.
• Reliable documentation-ready resume to submit for credentialing.

Assignment Details

• Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist.
• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
• Patient Population: Pediatric sub-acute, ages birth to 20 years, includes patients with tracheostomies and feeding tubes.
• Practice Setting: Two-building coverage within the area (Campbell and Saratoga); candidate should be prepared to work at both buildings as required.
• EMR: PCC.
