What You’ll Do

Patient Care

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor progress and adjust care to achieve meaningful outcomes

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with providers and team members to deliver top-tier care
• Support and guide PTAs, aides, and students (mentorship training available)

Professional Growth & Innovation

• Engage in continuing education and advanced skill development
• Contribute to programs that enhance patient outcomes and clinic success

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Preferred (Not Required)

• Interest or experience in orthopedics, sports, or geriatrics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Mentorship experience or a desire to grow into it

Languages

• English required
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
