What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations and assess students’ physical and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy in school-based and/or home instruction settings
- Monitor progress and update IEP goals as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with NYS guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, providers, and families
What We’re Looking For
- Active New York State Physical Therapist License
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
- Must reside in Nassau, Suffolk, or Eastern Queens
