The Physical Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, treatment, and education to patients and family members through a continuum of care according to the Physical Therapy Practice Act, Code of Ethics, JCAHO/UMQC, Policies and Procedures, and Federal/State regulations.

Requirements:
· Active California Physical Therapy License OR Pending CA PT license. License must be in hand for start.
· Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
· Current BLS Certificate
Preferred Experience:
· At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
