Your Responsibilities: Role & Impact

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, evidence-based care in the comfort of patients’ homes—improving their mobility, function, and independence across Santa Barbara County.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License (or in process)
