Job Title: Controls Systems Analyst (Physical Security Specialist)

Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr

Location: Orlando, FL 32827 – Onsite

Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on IT experience in a large‑scale or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining physical security and video surveillance systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems).
  • Strong knowledge of IP‑based camera systems, video management platforms, and networked video devices.
  • Experience integrating legacy analog systems using encoders within hybrid IP environments.


Plusses:

  • Experience with GIS tools for asset mapping, situational awareness, and operational planning.
  • Hands‑on experience with NICE CCTV platforms for video monitoring, incident review, and evidence management.
  • Familiarity with SAFE Badge Management systems, including access provisioning and badge lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of CCure Access Control Systems, including access configuration and system monitoring.
  • Ability to integrate and navigate multiple security and monitoring platforms to ensure operational continuity.


Job Description:

A client in Orlando, FL is seeking a Controls Systems Analyst to support and maintain control systems and physical security applications. This role is responsible for overseeing daily system operations, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements to existing and new control systems. The analyst will perform software installations and upgrades, configure solutions, monitor system performance, and maintain data integrity. Responsibilities also include analyzing and resolving computing and communication issues, adding and configuring cameras, encoders, and network video recorders, reviewing project drawings and schedules, and maintaining accurate project documentation, including changes and as‑built records.


Compensation:

$38/hr to $43/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
