Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s team in Yakima, WA. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary:

This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, including difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
  • Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
  • Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Manage workload independently in a solo work setting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ months of phlebotomy experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • WA State Phlebotomy License required

  • Location: Yakima, WA
  • Job Type: 13-week contract
  • Pay Range: $17–$19 per hour
  • Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
