Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist who exhibits proficiency in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all age groups, including pediatric patients and those with difficult draws. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety protocols and effectively communicate their importance to other employees. The role requires the ability to provide orientation and training for patient services.

Work Environment
This is an on-call lab phlebotomist position where shifts are mainly filled due to same-day call-outs. Workers must be flexible and available for all shifts, including weekends. Initial training will occur during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. The dress code is scrubs, and the position was created due to higher volume and the need for more coverage. This role offers a great opportunity to get a foot in the door in a reputable healthcare setting. Shifts will primarily be at specified locations, but there is potential to pick up additional shifts at other locations to increase hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
