Job Description
Exhibit proficiency in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, including pediatric blood collections and difficult draws in medical office buildings. Have a comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and effectively communicate their importance to other employees. Provide orientation and training for patient services.

Work Environment
This is an on-call lab phlebotomist position, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. The role involves being available for same-day call-outs, with shifts potentially being scheduled or called in by supervisors. Training will occur on 1st shift at a single location before transitioning to on-call status. Dress code requires wearing scrubs, and shifts can be picked up at multiple locations to increase hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
