• Clinical Accuracy: Expertly review, verify, and integrate physician orders into patient profiles, maintaining a seamless and accurate medication record.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with physicians and nurses to manage medication therapy protocols, serving as the pharmaceutical expert within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Precision Dispensing: Accurately compound and prepare medications for delivery, ensuring the right treatment reaches the right patient at the right time.
• Empower through Education: Act as a trusted resource for medical staff, providing clear, actionable medication information and education to improve patient outcomes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Enrolled OR graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program required.
