Minimum Requirements:

  • Active PA Pharmacist license required. Candidates with a pending PA license will be considered if application for PA licensure is complete at time of submission. All pharmacists working in PA must hold a PA license by 06/28/2026.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience.
  • EPIC Beacon experience required.
  • IV preparation training required, including hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations.
  • Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience required.
  • Ability to meet a maximum Requested-Time-Off (RTO) of 7 days.
  • Willingness to work scheduled weekends: every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00–16:30).
  • Must be able to complete any facility clinical screening and manager interview as part of credentialing.
  • Preferred: additional oncology certifications or prior experience at health systems with similar workflows.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: Day 5x8-Hour. Scheduled hours 06:00–14:00.
  • Schedule requirement: 40 hours per week. Weekend requirement: every 3rd or 4th Saturday (08:00–16:30).
  • Holidays: as needed.
  • Floating: primary work location is York hospital; may float to a nearby campus approximately 2 miles away.
