Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• State Pharmacist license required for Iowa.
• At least 2 years of previous pharmacy experience required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; primary practice in adult med/surg and critical care preferred.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
• Sterile compounding experience required.
• At least one completed travel contract preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Work history/resume, current license verification, and copy of required certifications required at time of submission.
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submission required.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Nights.
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off.
• Shift length: 10-hour shifts, 2100 - 0700.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend; holidays per schedule.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
