Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license required.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Sterile compounding experience required, including IV workflow management (DoseEdge or similar).
• Experience with neonatal and pediatric IV preparation and pediatrics/NICU preferred (must have experience with neonatal/pediatric procedures).
• Experience with automated dispensing systems (Pyxis MedStation ES, Pyxis Anesthesia Station ES, BD Pyxis CII Safe) preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy documentation systems such as Meditech and Pharmacy Stars (Compounding 360) preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required for technician role references where applicable; pharmacists should be prepared to work with CPhT-staffed teams.
• Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Health System (hospital pharmacy).
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: Mixed shifts 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM.
• Schedule notes: Rotating weekends (every other weekend).
• Unit equipment: Pyxis MedStation ES, Pyxis Anesthesia Station ES, BD Pyxis CII Safe, PakEdge, DoseEdge (IV Workflow Management), RxMS Scanner, iMobile, Codonics.
• Documentation systems used: Meditech, Pharmacy Stars (Compounding 360), DoseEdge.
