Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• NJ Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacist experience required; inpatient operational or clinical experience preferred.
• Required at time of submission: RTO (Return to Office or Required Time Off as defined by client) and ability to meet EOW (Every Other Weekend) scheduling requirement.
• Must be fully vaccinated including COVID booster.
• Ability to prepare sterile and hazardous medications per USP standards and manage controlled substances.
• Experience with medication reconciliation, medication histories, patient education, and clinical interventions.
• Preferred: experience with Pyxis and carousel technology.
• Preferred: Epic electronic charting experience.
• Operational and clinical competency in reviewing, verifying, dispensing medication orders, and providing drug information to healthcare teams.
• Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable.
• First-time travelers will be considered.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Mid Shift.
• Shift Details: Mid 5x8-Hour, 15:00–23:00.
• Schedule Requirement: Every other weekend required.
• Holidays: 1–2 required based on contract length.
• No on-call required.
• No floating required.
• Assignment Length: 13 week contract.
