Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License required. Compact license accepted.
• Minimum 2 years current hospital pharmacy experience required.
• 2-5 years total pharmacy experience preferred. Candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered if all experience is hospital based with Meditech experience.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy environments supporting ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and ED preferred.
• Meditech experience highly preferred.
• Omnicell experience highly preferred.
• Critical access hospital experience highly preferred.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS (AHA) required.
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required.
• License verification and current documentation for all licenses/certificates required at time of submission.
• Permanent address must be included in submission file. Candidate permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility.
• Pharmacist skills checklist and work history documentation required.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, typically 7:00/7:30 am to 4:30/5:00 pm.
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends. Every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm).
• Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work independently on weekends.
• Position supports ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED patient care areas.
• May require flexibility to float within the facility as needed.
