Degrees:
Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Pharmacist.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science required.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
Previous experience required in Retail, Outpatient or Primary care facility with broad spectrum population and service lines.
