Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge Quality and Compliance Lead

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge Quality and Compliance Lead to join our client to help drive regulatory excellence and quality oversight within a growing sterile manufacturing environment. This permanent onsite role is based in Albany, Ohio and plays a critical leadership role in ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy and manufacturing regulations. The position combines operational quality leadership with external regulatory representation. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in fast paced manufacturing settings and wants to influence long term site growth and compliance strategy.


Compensation:

$180,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility and relocation assistance


Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday during standard business hours


Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist in Charge Quality and Compliance Lead:

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge while maintaining oversight of Ohio and non resident state pharmacy licenses

• Lead site wide regulatory compliance efforts including FDA DEA State Board of Pharmacy and Section 503B requirements

• Direct quality systems including SOP development training programs validation change management and quality management systems

• Act as the primary representative during inspections audits and regulatory interactions while managing agency communications

• Oversee quality operations such as batch release deviations testing environmental monitoring vendor qualification and quality reporting


Qualifications and Skills for the Pharmacist in Charge Quality and Compliance Lead:

• Active pharmacist license with eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge in Ohio and additional states as required

• Demonstrated experience in quality compliance or regulatory leadership within sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Strong working knowledge of FDA DEA State Board and 503B regulatory standards

• Proven ability to lead teams make real time quality decisions and collaborate across operations and leadership groups

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and regulatory bodies
