About the RoleAre you passionate about precision medicine, cutting-edge therapies, and making a direct impact on patients facing complex hematologic and oncologic conditions? As the Clinical Pharmacist – Hematology/Oncology & BMT Specialist, you’ll be a trusted medication-therapy authority embedded within our Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplant (BMT) programs.
In this highly specialized role, you’ll lead the design, management, and optimization of advanced therapies—including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, cellular therapy (CAR‑T), and transplant-support medications—across inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll work side by side with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, driving safe, evidence-based, and innovative pharmacotherapy for some of our most complex pediatric patients.
This position blends clinical expertise, leadership, collaboration, and innovation, offering the opportunity to shape practice standards while mentoring the next generation of oncology pharmacy professionals.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $113000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
