Position: Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Alexandria, VA

A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to support personal injury matters from intake through resolution, ensuring efficient case management and strong client communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance processes, and medical records
• Experience drafting legal documents (complaints, discovery, motions, pleadings)
• Ability to manage multiple active matters
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $55,000 – $65,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
